3. Bluetooth and Internet Permissions: To use SKV ROCKIES, the app requires permission to access Bluetooth and the internet. Bluetooth is necessary to play audio content via Bluetooth speakers. Internet access is required to stream audio content.
4. Storage: SKV ROCKIES may store audio files locally on your device to enable offline listening.
5. Image Content: School authorities may also upload image content to the application. By using SKV ROCKIES, you acknowledge that the app is not responsible for the content of any images uploaded by schools.
6. Ownership: All content uploaded to SKV ROCKIES, including audio and image content, is the property of the respective schools and is subject to their ownership rights and permissions.
7. Icons Credits: The icons used in SKV ROCKIES are credited to Icons8.
8. Audio Credits: The audio content available in SKV ROCKIES is provided by students and schools.
9. School Information: SKV ROCKIES is associated with S.K.V LPS Kundara.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties: SKV ROCKIES is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. The app does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any content uploaded to the application.
11. Limitation of Liability: SKV ROCKIES shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way related to your use of the app.
